Her nursing experience includes Pediatric ICU and Pediatric Emergency Room care at Bristol Myers Squibb Children’s Hospital, New Brunswick, New Jersey. Ms. Lakatos came to Florida in 2005 and held a nursing position at the Marion County Health Dept. before joining Children’s Health of Ocala. Dr. Chris Okonkwo is a Board Certified Pediatrician specializing in comprehensive pediatric care. He earned his medical degree in Nigeria. Dr. Okonkwo completed his residency training at the Department of Pediatrics, New York Medical College, Metropolitan Hospital, New York.
Dr. Siddiqui has been a pediatrician for over 25 years, bringing care to the children of North Central Florida since 1987. Her neonatology fellowship at the Boston Hospital for Women and pediatric residency at St. Raphael’s Hospital in Connecticut were affiliated with Harvard and Yale Universities. She has trained, taught, and worked internationally in Pakistan, as well as in Iowa and New England.
Graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from George Mason University, Fairfax, Virginia. She received her Master’s Degree in Primary Health Care of Children from Seton Hall University, South Orange, New Jersey (1998).
